Your remaining balance is automatically due 24 hours before your scheduled experience.

Refunds are processed manually within 3–5 business days after your experience ends and the dock/equipment is inspected.

We accept all major cards via Square. Deposits and balances are charged securely.

Late departures are billed hourly at the same rate as your booked experience. Please respect the next guest's time.

We monitor weather closely. In the case of unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule your booking at no charge.

Smoking is permitted on the dock only. A strict no-smoking policy applies on all boats — a $250 fee applies to violations on the Chaparral.
