DOCK RENTAL WAIVER
By signing, I acknowledge that waterfront activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, water exposure, and weather-related hazards. I agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and supervise minors at all times. Dockside Vibes is held harmless from claims arising from normal use of the dock and amenities.

BOAT EXPERIENCE WAIVER
I release Dockside Vibes, its captains, and crew from liability arising from participation in boating activities. I agree to follow all captain instructions, wear safety equipment when required, and acknowledge that boating involves inherent risk. Smoking and hookah use are strictly prohibited aboard the Chaparral; violations incur a $250 fee.

JET SKI WAIVER
I acknowledge that personal watercraft operation involves significant inherent risks including collision, drowning, and equipment failure. I confirm I am 18 years or older with valid government-issued identification. I will wear the provided life jacket at all times and operate the vessel responsibly within designated areas.
