AGREEMENT
DOCK RENTAL WAIVER
By signing, I acknowledge that waterfront activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, water hazards, and weather conditions. I agree to assume full guest responsibility and alcohol liability. I agree to follow all posted safety guidelines. Dockside Vibes is held harmless from claims arising from use of the dock and amenities, including burn and fire liability related to permitted smoking or hookah use.

BOAT EXPERIENCE WAIVER
I release Dockside Vibes, its captains, and crew from liability arising from participation in boating activities. I agree to assume full damage liability, operator responsibility, and follow all captain instructions. Smoking and hookah use are strictly prohibited aboard the Chaparral; violations incur a $250 fee.

JET SKI WAIVER
I acknowledge that personal watercraft operation involves significant inherent risks including bodily injury, drowning, reckless operation, and equipment failure. I assume full passenger responsibility. I confirm I am 18 years or older with valid government-issued identification. I will wear the provided life jacket at all times and operate the vessel responsibly within designated areas.
